Return & refund policy
This Return Policy is applicable for all Gears of Future Products (“Product”). If the product is eligible for a refund on return, you can choose to return the product through GFX’s courier pickup.
If you schedule a courier pick-up through our Online Returns Centre you are required to keep the following documents ready for handing it over to the pickup associate:
- Copy of your ID proof (Aadhar, Passport or PAN)
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number
- A return mailing label of Gears of Future (Return mailing address at the end of the document)
The Invoice and RMA documents should be affixed on the package. You can access the RMA document by clicking Manage Returns in the Online Returns Centre of your account, otherwise request RMA by an email at email@example.com. It generally takes up to 15 - 25 days for an item to reach Gears of Future Advanced Electronics, LLP premises after it is picked up by the courier.

- Once the package is received at Gears of Future Advanced Electronics, LLP fulfilment centre in the Bangalore, it takes 2 (two) business days for the refund to be processed and 2- 4 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
- If your return is due to, Gears of Future’s error you'll receive a full refund, else the shipping charges (onward & return) along with import fees will be deducted from your refund amount. An item that is either damaged or defective when delivered to you will be considered as an GFX’s error.
- If you wish to cancel your order/item email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Self return is only applicable with an explicit approval from GFX.
GFX Returns Policy
- Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on GearsofFuture.com.
- Return will be processed only if:
a. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
b. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
c. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. GFX shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

1. What can I return?
You may request returns for most of the items you buy from GFX that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page or GFX Return Policy.
Items are returnable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on GearsofFuture.com.
2. What are the guidelines for returning an item?
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
- Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with GFX refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
3. Are items purchased on GearsofFuture.com eligible for replacements?
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement.
