Multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/6"-16 threads offer mounting points for additional accessories. The 1/4"-20 threads on the back of the vest allow you to attach counterweights for better balance. You can adjust the waist of the vest from 28 to 46" to fit securely to your body. Quick release clamps connect the arms to the vest and allow you to remove the arms efficiently in-between shots while keeping the vest on. A rod knob at the back of the vest controls the height of the support bar to suit your height. The width of the vest can also be adjusted.
