For streaming broadcast-quality video at a concert, hospital, conference, or house of worship, the VL NDI|HX ZCam HD IP Network Camera from PTZOptics easily covers any event or location with a 4.4-88.5mm C/CS mount lens, a 4x zoom, and a video resolution up to 1080p60. The camera can fit into any NDI-compatible setup, features a 1/2.7" CMOS sensor, and captures a 2.07 MP image with 3G-SDI and NDI|HX high definition output.

The camera connections include a 3G-SDI BNC connector, single-channel audio input and output, a RS-485 serial connector for remote communication, and an Ethernet port for IP streaming which features 802.3af PoE (Power over Ethernet). Broadcasting up to two streams simultaneously is supported; an HD stream with a maximum 1080p resolution, and a second SD stream with a maximum 720p resolution. A wired serial remote or web-based application can be used to connect and control, and the camera also features a joystick for local control of all the camera settings and operations.

With the optical 4x zoom lens, the horizontal field of view ranges from 28-122° with a maximum aperture of f1.8, which provides wide coverage and advanced low-light performance. Supported IP streaming protocols include RTSP and RTMP, AAC audio, H.265, H.264, and MJPEG compression. For greater image detail and quality in low light, the sensor's DRC (dynamic range control) assists in keeping your image sharp and balanced, and the high SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) reduces noise at ≥ 55 dB, particularly in low-light situations.

A 12V power adapter is included in the package.
